Do you eat sweets? Some people I know have dessert on a nightly basis. I can't really go a day without some sort of treat...a cookie or a brownie or a Snickers or whatever. I get nice and high after one of those.

So would I. I love soft cookies and moist cakes, but I don't eat them as often as I once did. The sugar high affects my sleeping, and I don't like to have a lot of sugar.

if i lived /worked at a bakery i would most definitely become morbidly obese.

i love sweets and i eat one or two servings of it daily. there are days when i dont have any of course but i cant live without it.

my favorites are all of these hostess types pies/cakes/twinkies, twix/milky ways/etc, cakes/ice cream cakes/pound cakes/cheesecakes, ice creams/gelatos/ice cream bars, caramels/cinnamon rolls/etc and other things. ..and my favorite: donuts. if i see some at the office i must have one. they have to be fresh though.

i would say approx 7-10 servings of sweets a week. that's the key. moderation.

Once a week in terms of traditional sweets. I may one or two things using almond flour during the week, but those are virtually free of carbs and only call upon a little bit of Splenda.

Very little, probably less than 1 serving a week on average per month. I don't have much of a sweet tooth but have a crazy salt-tooth; anything crunchy, fried and savoury/salty.

never candies. But I usually get dessert after a meal at a nicer restaurant.

I have sweets on very few occasions. If I'm at a good restaurant I will have dessert, but since I'm dieting I rarely have anything of the sort. If suddenly get a craving I will just have a protein shake with some 2% milk and will be done with it (Optimum Nutrition dark chocolate whey is delicious).

except for a teaspoon of brown sugar on my mug of coffee and a couple of sliced bananas with my oatmeal I do not crave for sweets.

1oz of dark chocolate a day. An occasional splurge on a sweet treat if something is new or catches my eye. On cheat day I eat everything that I've been craving or eying for the past few days/weeks.

I live off of Potbelly's oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. I stuff my face after a good bake session.
