Where? Besides the front edge? The other light marks are variations in the truffles color. Anyway, just added a second layer, because that seemed to be what they did at the restaurant.

That's a great dish. Don't forget the tubes. (Actually I think I saw them on the menu with raviolis (same flavor) instead of the tube. That would probably be better. The tube looks cooler, but I think having the filling hot would make it better.)
