Well, that was not the case. I let it cook/simmer for overall 5-6 hours (including reduction of wine and milk). Overall, I spead the process up in the end (skimmed off the sauce and reduced it). Was just way too much for a 28cm cocotte. Or, alternatively, I have to give it 12 hours+. Anyway, tastes great to me. And I can identify all the veggies.

Tons of rural homes and suburban homes in the Midwest were built without natural gas. If they do, they often have a huge unsightly tank in the backyard. I've lived all over and only had a gas range in Asia and Australia, and one place in the US where there of course, the big gas tank in the backyard.
