House M.D. - Page 2

Hugh Laurie is hilarious. One of the bet shows of the 2000's for TV. Continued success throughout several seasons although admittedly it has dropped off in the later seasons.

last 2 episodes brought house to what it was imo... a great entertaining show!

Seriously.

I prefer to look at my life through the cognitive framework of Charles In Charge. In my case, I am Scott Baio, and Kyle is Willie Aames.

This is my main issue, even though it's appreciable that such a premise isn't indefinitely sustainable

The characters have been less sparky, too. In particular, Foreman's cockiness has lost out to his dour side, Wilson has even less of a personal life to screw up and Taub and Chase are now almost utterly defined by their libidos

This is true, though I think adding more of a personal edge to the show was good. Medical mysteries get very boring very fast. Taub didn't come in till' the 5th season so I think saying that is unfair because he's been the way since the start. However this is true about Chase.

I have never seen the show, so I'll assume this is a compliment of the highest order.

I meant Charles in Charge. I've seen House and deemed it horrible.

It's pretty awesome. I recommend the episodes with the young Nicole Eggert.

I agree with both of these. I'm also getting a little tired of "House pushes the limits just for the sake of pushing the limits" shtick. That said, it's one of the few shows I still watch every week, mostly because when it's clicking it's really, really fun to watch.

I Nicole Eggert when I was a kid. She may have given me my first bonar.

I still remember Blown Away with a special teenage-raging-hormones fondness.
