Got a nice used pair of Filson wool whipcord pants here. They don't have a sizing tag on them but the actual measuring tape size of the waist is 36". They are hemmed to 30" with about 2 inches on the inside that could be let out. They have a small hole/repair on the front left, up high on the pocket which is visible in the photos below.
