F/S NWT J.Crew Flannel Suit Dark Graphite 42L 34x32

This is a brand new, never worn with tags J.Crew Men's Suit. It is a Ludlow Suit, J.Crew's more modern, slimmer fit. It is a three button suit and is size 42L for the jacket and 34x32 for the pants. This suit retailed for over $550.

This suit has a really nice texture and color, as shown in the pictures. It is a wool-flannel suit but is not too heavy. It is 100% Italian wool and is extremely soft. I bought this last year but it didn't fit me and I didn't return it in time.

Can you provide measurements? I'm espececially interested to know if the 40L would be too long for someone who is 5'9" (so overall length would also be appreciated.) Do you think the flannel is more a winter weight or is it OK for 4 seasons? Thanks for any details.

I'll take measurements, I just need to track down my tape measure .

It is actually a 42L, just making sure you know that. I am 5'9" and have short-ish arms. The overall length is not too long (the Ludlow runs a little shorter) but the sleeves are a little bit long on me. You can easily have the sleeves tailored, as you should with any suit anyways (I asked my tailor about this and he said it would be ~$25).

Like I said I'll get measurements because I know others will want them too, but that's just my two cents on the length. As for the weight, it's actually not too heavy but more than anything I think the texture would look a bit funny in the summer. It's not "slubby" like tweed or heavy denim but it has some texture to it. I think it's more of a three-season suit.
