Yes, you actually have to purchase some items in store. Then they will ask if you want to be added. I've purchased several items. Just to confirm, its 40%+15%, is this a strong price for a suit?

As part of the pre-sale letter I got an "invitation" to RL's "most valued customer" services. Seems like marketing to me, but has anyone used this?

That's a pretty good price, provided there are suits included on the sale. If memory serves me correctly, only certain items show up and they're usually seasonal. I wouldn't count on finding many staples.

Back of my card says PL is excluded. Doesn't say anything about BL.

Hm, I've gotten these cards during the past sales, but didn't receive one this time (or might have tossed it by accident b/c I get so much junk mail).

I do recall getting a RL flipbook last week. Was it a single card like in the past or attached to a larger book? Has anyone tried calling customer service with any luck?
