WTB: 36S Navy "Blazer", also 32 inch dress belts

Title says it all!

I'm looking for a navy blazer (threads disputing the correct categorization of a navy SB sportcoat possibly with metal buttons notwithstanding) in a waifish 36S. Best circumstance would be under 29" from BOC.

Also looking for a brown suede dress belt in roughly a 32 inch length (my waist is about 30") and up to 1.25" width, AND/OR a brown smooth or pebblegrain belt in the same size.
