Whats the driving force that causes you to return to StyleForum? (MC Version) - Page 9

Used to love the bespoke information and now I enjoy the random abuse available on SF..

I stumbled on the forum when I first developed an interest in improving my style. I lurked for a bit then signed up. I've learned a lot in the relatively short time I've been here. Also, I find the other forums (general chat, entertainment and culture etc) an interesting place to discuss/read about other topics of interest to me.

I'm new here but I can see why SF is addicting, you can find so many information in here.

It's a great place to learn about many things, style, news, etc.

I started lurking when I was an SA at Nordstrom to increase my knowledge of fines menswear that other associates didn't develop. I stayed because I found B&S and I have Guinness taste and a Blatz Beer budget

Yup, still the combination of style and snark from a handful few posters.

I'm interested in bathroom decor and design, and SF is the only online forum that allows me to see what other people are doing.

Finest piece of social commentary I have read in a long while.

I've been visiting/lurking regularly for plus 4 years. Maybe it was better before then, but I still learn something everytime I log on. I would never have heard of carmina, drakes or Capelli to mention a few without sf. And allthough I'll probably never be able to justify a bespoke commission to my family, it's still very inspiring to look at the best in the business.

Used to come here daily to read up on the great posts about Bespoke clothing/shoes etc, and reading up on constructive posts when people used to ask for help, especially from Manton, Foo, Despos etc. I remember foo and vox discussing the different type of sticking in the shoulders of their rubinacci/steed jackets, and lets not forget the epic Brioni vs Kiton debates. Now i come on every couple of days when i need to laugh, Its hilarious when someone asks for help and everyone goes to town on him "use the search feature noob". Oh and ill never get over the "why would you spend more than $200 on a suit when you can get one made in HK/Bangkok/Manila/random 3rd world country for 1/1million the price!"
