Well by the measurements yes.
I'll have to get the pants adjusted a bit.
If it doesn't fit I'll offer it to the forum for
a day or so before I send it back

I think they are OK, but I think you could do better, Ebay has a lot more than that to offer at a lot more cheaper and welcoming price.

But these are great too.
