lol, that picture was mine. It's actually very desaturated. The pocket square is this one:

and looks more vivid IRL. The jacket is grey and I often do wear a white linen with it fing02[1].gif.

I think the best folds take the least amount of effort. Will's video (go back a page or two) that I posted is an excellent example of a quick and expressive puff with points (not foo.gif approved BTW smile.gif)

There is also a great video of Luciano Barbera getting dressed. He grabs a silk square that looks like it is folded into quarters, , casually folds it in half and then just stuffs it in his breast pocket. Let me see if I can find that.

EIther a larger PS or a shallower pocket. Personally, I have almost no use for silk squares much smaller than 16" on a side. For linen and cotton, smaller seems to work okay because the the poofy arrangements tend not to slide down into the pocket and the folds can reach the bottom of the pocket.

From P Johnson in Australia. The complex combination of colors and pattern adds interest to a solid, cream/ivory jacket for a smart, casual effect. Wouldn't this be nice look at a summer wedding?

I was taught years ago by a member of an old Italian family to make a tube with one fist, like you are going to use your hand as a telescope, and then place the center of the opened silk square on the hole and push it in with your pointer finger. You grab it from the other side and pull it through until the part you're pulling through meets the four corners. Then stuff corner-side down in to pocket for a pouf.

I have since added additional folds to my repertoire, but this one is really easy and creates a pouf with nonchalance.

That is an excellent look. I like it because it isn't overly fussy and it is expressive.

I believe what you describe is the same that Will from A Suitable wardrobe demonstrates on the video a page or two back.

I will look for it. I'm a big fan of pocket squares. Especially patterned silk.
