go on a paleo diet, limit starches/carbs and eat protein and vegetables. Lift weights, do cardio.

Potbellies aren't as simple as "eat less" I've seen relatively skinny dudes with damn near distended stomachs There's something else at play there.

Is that writer actually trying to assert that what you eat causes fat to be deposited in certain places, or just drawing a handy parallel to the "beer belly" expression we're mostly all familiar with?
