Yoox Delivery Question

Hi guys,

I have a quick Yoox question that I could really use a quick answer to. Really hope this isn't a special flower thread, and that it'll fall to the bottom quickly.

I have a two part address (first part street number, second part building number), and Yoox doesn't give me an option to add in the second part of my address. It only has a line for the first part of my address.

Any idea what I should do in this situation? I gave them a call and they told me to just try to fit both parts of my address into the single line, but I'm not able to do that.

Any idea what I can do?

Have you tried using abbreviations? Maybe you can also omit "Street"/"Avenue" if it's a unique street name. You could always have them ship to a different address if it doesn't work.

I'm going to try what you guys suggested. I thought I might be missing something, and there might be a separate box that I could enable or something, hah. I called their customer service too, and they were extremely uphelpful.
