Best type of relaxation/stretching yoga?

Any recommendations for a type of relaxing/stretching yoga? I lift weights and run 5x a week, but I wanted to add some yoga at home that work well to increase flexibility and allow me to work on breathing and reinstate some sort of mental peace.

I bought a Yoga Zone one - it was great and was the exact type of tempo I was looking for, but it was focused for Abs, and I'm looking for an all-around one. I've also tried the P90x yoga and that was too rigorous to do on a day I would consider an "off" day from the gym.

Any recommendations?

Why not try the original, pure and simple yoga from ancient India- sit cross-legged with your spine erect and count the entering and leaving of breath from your nose (anapanasati). Incorporate stretching before or after. Mixing stretching with meditation into poses and whatnot is actually a somewhat recent invention, the sanskrit word 'yoga' actually merely meant 'to yolk' (same Indo-European root as the English) the mind into a state of peace, nothing else.

I ended up finding EXACTLY what I was looking for. I highly recommend trying it for some laidback stretching compared to a lot of the rigorous yoga's these days. Lots of cool breathing exercises at the end as well. It's the "Shilpa Shetty Yoga DVD". She's pretty hot too..
