First of all, it's mold, not "molds". Sorry, I'm sure it reminds many of us of a misuse of plural/singular, ie, "a dust".
But to help you, the leather still looks dry in that photo, and I suspect that those spots are stains that are left over from some other incident and that the rest of the leather has faded away to reveal those stains. That's just speculation, but I really, really don't think it would be mold.
So, clean it with a different cleaner! Use Lexol Cleaner, which is effective and readily available. Or go up to the Platonic Plane with Saphir. After that, condition it again and use a polishing cream.
