And those glasses really looked unmentionable.

She's not bad looking. But she lacks basic knowledge of textile production, which is sad for someone in her industry. "No way, I've never heard of 300 thread count fabric. LIKE OMG NO WAI THEY FEED THE THREADS BY HAND INTO THE MACHINE THINGY? Our shirts our going to be the best ever."

OK lol not a fire common wouldn't that be too cruel, at least a train accident would be a little humane.

wtf did I just watch? a bunch of middle-aged hipsters going 'oh cool, old traditional stuff!' and being surprised at things like quality control (you mean there's a real person there watching?), pretending to speak/understand Italian, going to buy fabric and eating dinner... give me 'put this on' anyday oh, and i think she's quite pretty. glasses look stupid though

Lyons comes off as a complete moron. With that type of compensation, you'd think she'd do something to take care of that face of hers. Yuck.

just confirms my hatred for j crew

I like J. Crew, but she came off extraordinarily insufferable in that video (putting aside the stupid glasses). I was especially turned off by the lavish praise she rained upon Muytjens.

Pretty?

well i guess that pretty is a relative term so i will pass on that one.

They're really patting themselves on the back for this "film" from "award-winning documentarian Douglas Keeve." What a crock of bullshit. That wasn't educational at all.
