One of the best shows of the 80s, yet NEVER in rerun rotation. Ever. Anyone know why?

It was in syndication for ages, on the networks then on TV Land.

Dan Fielding was my hero and pretty much the reason I went to law school.

I think it was rebroadcast on A&E or TVLand or something a few years ago. It doesn't age well.

Did you ever think it was funny that he wore a Rolex but worked as an ADA. I mean an ADA working in the day time in New York probably wouldn't make that much, but working at night.

Oh man, I haven't thought about Night Court in forever. I loved it when I was a kid.

Maybe they don't run it in syndication because of licensing issues with all the Mel Tormé references.

That was indeed a great show. Dan Fielding was awesome and I always thought Markie Post was hot.

This is one show that has NOT held up well over the years. The reruns are almost painful to watch.
