Paris Rental thru Homlidays... too good to be true?

Hi,

I'll be traveling to Paris in April and is a conscious traveler who also wants to be comfortable. I found this wonderful apartment on Homlidays and I was wondering if anyone has used their service before and if the experience was positive.

I've rented an apartment for a week in Paris through Homelidays and the experience was great. This will of course depend on the landlord you get but most people I know that used the site had positive experiences.
