SAS handsewn loafers size 10

Two pairs of SAS hand sewn loafers here, both size 10S (called the manufacturer today and was told that "S" signifies "slim" and that this width corresponds to a B width). Both feature combination heels. The lighter colored shoes are NWOT and have shop wear only, although there are a few minor surface marks to uppers from storage that should easily buff out. The darker brown shoes have minimal wear--they look like they have been worn inside on a hard floor, but have not seen outside wear. The inner labels on both shoes are immaculate, and there is no deformation of foot pads. Founded in 1976, SAS is based in San Antonio. Available in BM stores only, their website address is http://www.sasshoes.com/. I'd keep these in a heartbeat if they fit. Although I am unfamiliar with this brand, SAS gets good reviews: http://www.askandyaboutclothes.com/f...-1#post1098774 Asking $90>>$80 CONUS, elsewhere inquire, for the lighter colored loafers, $75 CONUS for the dark brown shoes. $140 for both pairs. Trees not included.

My wife has a pair of their sneakers, and for her at least, their sizing system was a bit unpredictable. Can you tell us what these are equivalent to (or if their loafers are more in line with the rest of US sizing)?
