£500 PRICE DROP—FS: Rolex 18K Yellow Gold Submariner Date

My dad's asked me to put his Rolex up for sale. Here's the deets:

"”Rolex 18K yellow gold Submariner Date
"”Black bezel and face
"”It was bought from Watches of Switzerland in Glasgow, Scotland just over five years ago
"”Comes with box, guarantee, receipts etc, the whole shebang.
"”It is in near mint condition with a tiny dent (and I meant tiny) in one of the links. It has been worn sparingly for the past five years as my dad has been wearing his other steel Sea Dweller. It still has the protective clear cover on the back of the watch face (see pictures) to show how little it's been worn.
"”If you were to buy one today brand new, they retail at a little over £19,000.
"”I'm looking for £11,500-->£11,000 or best offer.
"”Please enquire regarding shipping. It will be sent the quickest, most insured way possible.

Here's some quick phone pictures"”this is just to gauge interest and I will of course provide better pictures if I have real interest or tomorrow once I get a new DSLR cable:

Thanks,
Mac.

EDIT: Apologies! Momentary lapse of reason regarding posting forum, ha.

If you think this watch is heavy, you should try on a Sea Dweller! This one has nothing on it. Although, the heavy weight of this does reinforce the fact that you're walking around with nearly £20k on your wrist and it's just about all gold.

had the pleasure of wearing one just like this for awhile. heavy as a brick, but a damn fine watch. If I had any way to swing it it would be MINE.

You wear it, like you would wear a tie, a shirt, a suit etc, you get the idea.
Wrong sub-forum, this is not the others FS area...... You get the idea? Regards. PS. Nice watch though.
