What is everyone's routine? How do you feel about the electric brushes? I have the sonicare but it's a few years old, so I'm thinking about buying the new one.


Morning & Night

-Pre Rinse
-Flosss
-Sonicare
-Tounge Cleaner
-Mouthwash

Throughout out the day:
-Regular Brush
-Lot of sugarless gum chewing

I've been to the Tounge. I go there on Thursdays. It's right across the street from the lounge.

I understand that Sonicare is one of the best electric brushes you can get. I had a braun and gave it up. I switched to an electric (braun), switched toothpaste, and got a cavity or two so I just switched back to what I was doing before and things went back to normal. The braun isn't as good as the sonicare.

I floss everyday (sometimes several times per day - after meals) and sometimes brush a couple times a day. If I don't brush in the morning, I use Listerine.

I don't really get bad breath so I don't really brush my tongue (which seems silly but I guess it works). If I'm going to meet someone or have something for lunch like onions/garlic I'll have a mint.
