Do you guys find the Ridgeway and Medway soles as sleek as the dainites ? If so, I'll have to seriously consider them. My only experience with dainite soles are on the Islays which performed well this winter in NY.

I'd have run with a play on protecting your shoes with gulashes. Thank you, Cleaveland and goodnight.

Kevin is a great guy.  But the older guy is rude.

Same as in Carmina, Meermin and Cheaney.. Bought them in brick and mortar, so had a chance to try them on before buying. They fit like a glove

Dainite is essentially undetectable unless the bottom of the boot is revealed. That is not the case with Ridgeway/Medway, or Commando.

I find Dainite quite grippy on hard surfaces (pavements) but not so much on rough surfaces (mud). Commando is the exact opposite.

Yes. If you can get away with that kind of combo at work then yes.

I can and I do!

My only complaint, there is a bit of undyed leather at the tip of the brogue...  Think I should just dab some brown polish on it and call it a day?

Spectacular boots! Are you in the US? Where did you purchase these bad boys from?
