Thank you.

Also, owning 25 C&J pairs tells me otherwise.

You are misinformed. I know every shoes, style and last from C&J. I have over 2 dozen pairs, THAT is true experience and I am not wrong.

You are dead wrong. Small shoes do not show the style, lines, and curves of the shoes.
Talking about style, I will bury anyone with style. Check out my collection.
Unless you wear US sizes, you are confused and just responding to create unecessary fuss.

Shoes in small sizes are slightly better looking than the cardboard box they come in. No details, small vamp, boxy and tiny. Feel sorry for you with small feet.fight[1].gif

I too ordered a pair of Westbournes from them last spring. Great service, price, and no customs charge when it arrived here in US (Royal Mail I think). I will definitely use them again.

Saratorial is right. I'm a C&J small-timer compared to him (4 pairs) but all are -1 of US size.

Actually, Most standard shoe styles are designed for the MID-SIZED foot. Proportions are picked to be at the "most pleasing ratio" for the most common wearer (it would be pretty stupid to design a shoe shape based on either Giant or Tiny foot, while ignoring the majority of those who will actually buy the shoes). 9.5 to 10 is ideal. Much smaller and the ratio leans on the wider size. Much larger (13-ish??) and the ratio tends toward more length and less curve...

For me, I enjoy 1930's- 1940's Vintage NOS, so my size 8 1/4 feet are a Blessing.

Relax, it was a joke. Actually design is based on economics and using less materials, not size.
