Definitely something I have already considered. Just not sure if I love it anymore after I tried it on in Brooks Brothers. I think it may be a discontinued style.

I have my eyes on one in my size on the bay. Would come out to less than what Brooks Brothers is charging after the Friends & Family discount.

Would you be kind enough to elaborate?

Nothing to do with fit, although I did find them to run small. I am usually 9 all across the board. The size 9 for these seemed a little small and the 9.5 seemed like a better fit for me.

I like how they look off the foot, just didn't like them as much on foot. Still debating the eBay ones though.

Interesting about the sizing, thx I'll keep that in mind.

I guess they won't suit everyone.

Any with experience of C&J Suede handgrade collection?

Yes I have 3 different pairs: loafers, lace ups and chukkas, would have to look and see the model names and lasts
What in particular are you looking for?

C & J question

Hello, I am new, but I am about to order a C & J weymouth from ben silver.

I am a us customer.

I wear a 8 to 8.5 D in us sizes for almost all shoes.  Most of the time 8.5 except a recent AE strand at 8 (which feels a touch narrow, but doable)

How do i know, or can anyone guess what size to order for these shoes?

I also am concerned that the size they put on their website is unknwon to be a UK or US size.

Or do i just call the NY boutique>

Please help.  This is my dream shoe.

Call the NY store you will be at least a half a size smaller in C&J than AE and maybe a full size.

Can you lowndes-owners buckle the lower buckle to the second hole? My shoes feel very tight and I can only buckle to the middle hole for the top buckle, and to the outer hole for the lower buckle (the one that is closer to the toe). Can this mean that my sizing is off? Do they give over time much?

I'd have guessed they would state US sizing since they're a US retailer but give them a call - that will clear up all your doubts.

What colour do you plan to get?

brown... i am a little scared by this

I have some AEs and some others, but this is a whole new world, and i just want the size to be ok

i dont know about any return policy , etc so i am stressed

but it is so pretty, i dont know what to do

i would wear with charcoal or navy or brown suits
