Rats, at $359 for a CJ Islay alternative, I might be in. Probably not for Sassetti, but they are on the way regardless, so will at least get the chance to give them a try in person.
Thanks for the input!

I'm 7.5D on Barrie but I'm 8D Brannock. The 7.5D on Barrie is a good fit, not too snug so I can wear medium thickness socks.
I went with a 7E on the 325 Coniston and I actually think I could have gone down to a 6.5E. I also have two Harlechs on the 341 in size UK 7E and it's the same, I think I could have gone 6.5E.
Not only are everybody's feet different, but you are also different in that you go a full size down from your Brannock to the Barrie. I would just worry that a 7.5E might be a bit loose on you. I find C&J's run large for me, at least for the 325 and 341 lasts.
I am the same size as you and 7.5E in the Coniston is the right size for me.
Miserable discount on some seriously ugly styles. I realized after months of lurking for the discounts and seconds that it pays out most to just buy what you truly like at regular price and enjoy it fully, rather than burning 60% of the initial budget on a crappy discounted model that you are not set with completely.
