Just spoke with Jermyn store regarding the Sale, the lady working there told me 95% of their main collection is not on sale.

I was at the Colmore Row store at opening time this morning. Plenty for sale in all sizes including a nice pair of cordovan Bradfords that made their way home with me. smile.gif

Trunk Clothiers has 3 C&J models on sale right now. One of them is the Islay for £360 (VAT included).

My first C&J, about 2 years old...  (RL-Marlow wingtips and Chup socks for J Crew)

Almost looks like a two-tone saddle.  Angle of the light had something to do with it.

Barney's has a few last pairs heavily discounted: brown Suffolk (size 12) $279 and brown pebble double monk (size 11) $309.

I called the NYC store and they only had a few of the Hand Grade on sale, nothing from the main collection.. At least in my size, 8UK. Ordered the Audley for $600. I'm curios to see how it will compare to the Hallam.

I might pop by for a cuppa today if I've got time. No interest in the sale though.

These are great. IMO shell looks best when it develops an "uneven" (if that is the right word) patina.

What do you use on them to condition these?

Maiden voyage this morning for the BBBF double monks I picked up right before Xmas. Color a bit more subdued in real life.

VSC, about once per year. Truth be told though, the outdoor lighting on a sunny day helps make the shell look great.
