Gents, what product(s) and/or method do you recommend I use to restore them to its former condition? Back 1 or B 4, (more) SR or something else? Bick products are not available here but happy to try it. Thanks.

I am very careful to avoid the rain whenever I can but I once got caught out wearing some dark brown burnished calf Bradfords and the ended up looking just like yours across my vamp area.  (The toe box escaped damage due to the heavy wax application)  I tried various products on the patchy area but I couldn't get rid of the water spots.  I ended up stripping the finish with acetone and re-dying it with Feibings oil dye.  For some reason, that burnished calf finish is very sensitive to water in my experience.

May I ask what products you tried before using the acetone? And did the latter strip off much colour from the finish?

I've beater shoes (Cheaney) for the rain but sometimes it's unavoidable. This's only the C&J I've in this color but I've found that it always pick up dirt marks even when it do not see a drop of water. Previously, I applied neutral wax but it made little difference.

On another note, another clean using SR (multiple for stubborn) and it's good now.

For US customers, does the NYC store take phone (or email) orders? I'd like to order domestically (rather than online overseas) if possible.

Conversely, anyone have any experience with House of Bruar?

They have what seems to be a good/reasonable deal on the Pembrokes.

Thanks all.

they do take phone order, and they still have some stuff on sale (discounted model+seconds, not sure if there are firsts), though at the current exchange rate, I'm like 99.999% sure you can get better deal if you don't mind international shipping

This. Even without the exchange rate. The NYC markup is outrageous. Actually, all US retailers have them at way over UK prices. And remember, divide by 1.2 because VAT shows on the UK price. More than makes up for shipping costs.

Thanks, great to know!  I was hoping for speedier shipping just because I tend to be impatient, but now I see it's much much more worth it to be patient here.

Is Pediwear the general consensus on ordering?  Or is there no such thing as a general consensus for that?

Use to be pediwear, but now I'm not sure if there is any general consensus anymore.

you can check out
http://www.fransboonestore.com/

+1 for Fransboone

I ordered a Viscount in suede last Thursday and I am have it my hands as of this morning, in CA no less, via UPS.  I took the second least expensive shipping option as it was about 2  euros difference.    Package came in very nicely wrapped.

As others have said already, it is much cheaper right now to order from the UK or EU due to favorable exchange rate.  Regular handgrades listed on Fransboone were between 550 to 600 Euros, but they don't have much sizes left after last week's 1/2 off sale. Even without the 1/2 off, given the exchange rate of 1 USD = 1.12 Euro and minus VAT, they are at least 30% cheaper even at full retail.
