Thanks. I went TTS also and agree it is a generous last.

Thinking about buying a pair of hand grade Chadwick 2 in chestnut antique calf. Are the hand grade worth the premium?

Not to be funny but worth is a personal assessment. Is the leather better yes, finishing better (closed channel soles) yes. I generally pick what I like if that happens to be main line so be it if it happens to be handgrade thats cool too. The bar continues to be raised though so if CJ handrgrade why not EG?

I'm not a fan of the Chadwick per se, but I definitely feel like HG is worth the premium over BG. The leather quality is much higher resulting in finer creases and the soles are oak bark. And the delta between HG and BG is a hell of a lot less than the delta between HG and G&G or EG. The only real comparable is Vass (my experience, Vass construction is better, leather is not quite as good, style is up to you).

Cordovan Keswick boots for Barneys.

Hi folks, need a bit of help. Looking to pull the trigger on a pair of cordovan Harvard loafer. I have the Sydney's in UK 10E and they are a bit loose, but no heel slippage. How does the Harvard compare? I hear it is more snug if so then 10e should be perfect.

Wow nice, are they black or navy? Specific model for Barneys, or is it a cordovan Coniston / Harlech or something?

Keswick is a separate model but very similar to the Coniston. Also on the 325.
Keswick has the scoopy stitch around the ankle. The two pairs I have are smooth calf with suede upper.
Both pairs were from Barney's. Interesting that the cordovan pair pictured above is size E width.

I'm off to the factory store in Northampton on Friday, hopefully I'll be able to get a good deal!

I'll try to remember to take some photo's as well.

black color.
Seems to be a specific variant of the Keswick model for Barney's only.

Taupe suede Chelsea 5 from Barney's showed up today.
I gambled that a US10 would work since 335 last, suede, and Chelsea style. They're snug with a thin sock but I can feel them loosening up after just a few minutes of wear. They should be good.
They're definitely snugger than my shell Skyes in UK9.5.
