Can someone recommend C &J lasts and sizes for me. I have a low volume but flat feet, and narrow heels. I have a pair of Peal and Co. double monks (built on the 341 last, I believe) in size US 9E. They fit well on the right but slightly pinch my pinky on the left feet. So looking for something a bit more generous

^^ perhaps the 348 or the handgrade lasts (358, 363) might be worth trying if you have a C&j retailer nearby.

For narrow heels and low insteps (but with splaying at the toes) Carmina lasts like the forest might be your best bet

Not too thick, medium. Really nice for the price.

Hi,

Can someone who sized down for 358 last comment on the fit? I am a US 9.5 most of the time. I got the Selbourne in US 9 (UK 8). It is tight in the toe box with both my pinky toes pressing against the leather. Will it loosen with few wears or did I get the size wrong?

I also have a low volume foot - pretty much like you described. Low instep, rather flat feet and narrow heel. I have two pairs on the 348, both in a different sizes: Suede Tetbury in 7.5UK which fits well across the instep and is ok in the heel but my pinkies are pinched a bit after prolonged time of wear. I have only had them for about 2.5 month so maybe they will stretch a bit more over time. I tried them in a store in 0.5 up and they were definitely too big, especially in the heel.

My Camberley in 8UK fits pretty well all around with no problem area so far. Only recently got it.

Apart from that I can recommend Carmina Simpson and Rain.

The box says Galway 2 on the 325 last! I don't think they are the new Galway boots that are shown in the catalogue.
I have the same boots in a dark tan but they are from Holland & Holland
I went to the EG sale and just as I was paying by the C&J shop I saw these and could just not resist!
Below are the boots in Tan from Holland & Holland which I love.
