Yes, in central London they have two shops on Jermyn Street in London. Another not far away in Burlington Arcade. If you know which shoe you want, I think you can do a stock check online before setting off to the store.

It’s harder now as the e commerce site is live. I think you need to be physically in store and have them shipped to US.
