C&J shipped these for free! I did not pay a dime for these buckles for my Monktons! I was more than willing to pay for these, but they did not even ask for money.

Needless to say, I will be a C&J customer for life

Does C&J have a 324 last? I have a pair of brouged monkstraps that apparently are on this last... They're Peal and Co. for BB, which I understand have been C&J (amongst others) in the past. Channeled sole and nail pattern on the heel would tend to indicate that these are.

How does Crockett & Jones mark their sizes in Barney's NY? I was told that they are in US sizes, so thats 1+ UK size?

c&j is usually UK sizing, i am an 11us and get a 10.5uk in c&j, i think its the same for the c&j at barneys NY, however, c&j at BB are converted to us sizing... get your c&j here: http://www.shoesnorthampton.co.uk/ pricing is better than anywhere else

C&J at Barney's are marked with us sizes based on my sample space of three pairs. One pair you can see where they rubbed out the uk sizing and wrote in the us size.

Barney's uses US sizing. I think all C&J are on allocation at the moment...

I think they do a full size down from UK sizing, at least according to the sales and partially verified by the website. But just want to make sure...
