Closet Cleaning Part 1: Brioni Cashmere S/C, and Kiton, RLP and Boglioli Suits, and Kiton, Isaia, T&A, Borrelli and Etro shirts. Not a professional tailor. Measurements on suits/sport coats are approximate.

Pls note: shipping outside of CONUS is extra. Comp. shipping does not apply to items with reduced prices; these items also require a 3% paypal fee.

#1: Brioni 100% Cashmere Navy Double-Breast S/C. 2 on 6. Current, modern D/B style S/C. EXCELLENT CONDITION. Size 40R. Side vents. Elegant peak lapel. Sumptuous, rich cashmere fabric. Purchased two seasons ago from Saks, and worn no more than 5X. (first image not very good example of color due to lighting; image number three is most like the s/c) S/C works great with fine slacks and a tie for the office or jeans and an oxford for a casual weekend look. Measurements: pit to pit=20"; shoulder to shoulder=19.5; sleeve length (top of shoulder seam to bottom cuff) =32"; BOC=30”; lapel width (at widest point) =3.75. SOLD.

#2: RLP 100% Wool Suit. Size 38R. Made in Italy by Corneliani. Exquisite charcoal gray fabric. Peak lapel. 3/2 button roll. Beautiful silhouette. Good (not excellent) condition. Jacket has elegant ticket pocket and side vents; slacks have two inside pleat, adjustable sliders and interior lining. English elegance looks particularly good with brown shoes. Measurements: pit to pit=19"; shoulder to shoulder=19; sleeve length (top of shoulder seam to bottom cuff) =31"; BOC=31”; lapel width (at widest point) =3.5; slacks waist=32; inseam=30.5"; cuff=1.5"; leg opening= 8.5”. Original retail price roughly 1500. Donated

#3: Kiton Wool (13,2 Micron) Suit. EXCELLENT CONDITION. Size 40R. Finest of fabrics; feels like cashmere to the touch. Navy with a subtle lavender windowpane pattern. Notch lapel. 2-button, side vents and dapper Italian silhouette. Working sleeve buttons, handmade button holes, pick stitching, amazing fabric, and other fine details consistent with Kiton. Slacks have two inside pleats, ticket pocket, and interior lining. Purchased two seasons ago on sale at Saks. The original retail price before my sale price was ticketed at $8K. Worn 3-4X max. Measurements: pit to pit=19.5"; shoulder to shoulder=19; sleeve length (top of shoulder seam to bottom cuff) =31"; BOC=31”; lapel width (at widest point) =3.25; slacks waist=32; inseam=30.5"; cuff=1.5"; leg opening= 9”. Original retail price $8K. Asking $800<$720<$680<$650

#4: Boglioi 100% Wool Suit. Size (tag missing; approx 40R). Belonged to my brother for a short time, but he offered to me when deciding to part with it, hence I had it altered for my size. Very good condition. Brown fabric with white pinstripes Neither my brother nor I wore it very often. In my case I’d estimate wearing no more than 8X. Notch lapel. 2-button, side vents, and fine quality details. Pick stitching, nice fabric, bold – yet conservative – pattern and cut. Flat front slacks, ticket pocket, and interior lining. Measurements: pit to pit=19"; shoulder to shoulder=19; sleeve length (top of shoulder seam to bottom cuff) =31"; BOC=31”; lapel width (at widest point) =2.75; slacks waist=32; inseam=30"; inside hem=2.5"; leg opening= 8”. Don’t know original price paid by my brother, but the item is in good condition and Boglioli makes a decent quality suit. SOLD.

Shirts:

1: Kiton blue and beige shirt. French cuff. Size 38/15. Worn 1-2X's max. The shirt is wonderful. It does not get any use, however, as it's a bit too big for me. Excellent condition. Measurements are as follows: Pit to pit=22"; sleeve (from top of sleeve shoulder seam to bottom of french cuff)=29"; BOC=33"Purchased at Barney's NY. Original price: $650. Asking: $125<$118

2: Kiton tan/brown/white shirt. Alternating stripes. French cuff. Size 38/155. Worn 2X. Shirt is a bit too big, and does not get any wear. Measurements are as follows: Pit to pit=22"; sleeve (from top of sleeve shoulder seam to bottom of french cuff)=29"; BOC=33. Purchased at Barney's NY. SOLD.

3: Isaia pink shirt. French cuff. Size 40/15.3/4 Professionally laundered after purchase, but shirt has not been worn. Elegant, textured fabric. Measurements are as follows: Pit to pit=22.3/4"; sleeve (from top of sleeve shoulder seam to bottom of french cuff)=29.3/4"; BOC=32"Purchased on sale at mainline Neiman Marcus. A great statement shirt but, unfortunately, it does not get use from me as it's too big. SOLD.

4: Borelli gray/yellow (alternating) striped shirt. French cuff. Size 38/15. Worn 5X's max; excellent condition. Shirt is a bit to big for me. Measurements are as follows: Pit to pit=22"; sleeve (from top of sleeve shoulder seam to bottom of french cuff)=29"; BOC=32""Purchased at Neiman's outlet. Asking: $75<$70<$65<$60<$54<$50<$47.50

5: Turnball and Asser salmon shirt. French cuff. Size 39/15.5. Worn roughly 10 X's. Very good condition. Shirt fits well, but I've had for a while, don't wear very often, and am ready to part with it. Looks very English, particularly with a navy pinstripe suit. (I always wore a great Chavet tie with this shirt. I still enjoy wearing this tie, but let me know if you are interested and I wll take a pic). Measurements are as follows: Pit to pit=22.5"; sleeve (from top of sleeve shoulder seam to bottom of french cuff)=28.59"; BOC=32""Purchased shirt at Neiman's full price (roughly $350) several seasons ago. SOLD.

6: RLPL gray shirt. French cuff. Size 39/15.5. Very good condition. Selling to make room for new items. Measurements are as follows: Pit to pit=22"; sleeve (from top of sleeve shoulder seam to bottom of french cuff)=29"; BOC=32"SOLD.

7: Etro shirt. Barrel cuff. Size 40. Great pattern, nice fabric. Very good condition. Measurements are as follows: Pit to pit=22"; sleeve (from top of sleeve shoulder seam to bottom of barrel cuff)=25.5"; BOC=32" Asking: $50<$47.50<$45<$40<$35<$32

8: Lorenzini shirt. Barrel cuff. Size 39/15.5. Made in Italy. Blue and green alternating stripes. Versatile shirt; nice fabric, particularly good for spring/summer (although I've worn it year round). Purchase at Neiman Marcus outlet; worn since purchasing less than 10x. Measurements are as follows: Pit to pit=22"; sleeve (from top of sleeve shoulder seam to bottom of barrel cuff)=24.5"; BOC=32" SOLD.

9: NWT Thom Browne shirt. Barrel cuff. Size 2 (similar to a medium; measurements below). White oxford with thin blue stripes. Great fabric; it'll get softer and more comfortable with each laundering. Shirt has a gnerous spread collar, breast pocket, gusset and MOP buttons. Measurements are as follows: Pit to pit=20.5"; sleeve (from top of sleeve shoulder seam to bottom of barrel cuff)=25"; BOC=31" SOLD.

Sorry guys; it's definetly not RLPL. Most of my RL items are RLPL so I wrote it up as such without much thought; however, I noticed the error shortly after posting and changed the description to RLP. That said, I forgot to revise the title line. Albeit not RLPL, but it's a nice piece. Only selling b/c I have too many suits in this particular shade of gray.

Please check your measurements on the suits. The 31' sleeve is either wrong or you are a seriously an Ape. 26-27" is the absolute longest I ever see in these sizes. The PTP and Shoulder being the same is also a little strange. You might double check.

As indicated in the description, the sleeve length noted is from the top of the shoulder seam to the bottom sleeve hem. I, like many others on SF, do not measure from the middle of the collar/neck area to the bottom of the sleeve, although I recognize that a professional tailor or retail sales person measures in this manner. The sleeve measurements that I've listed are consistent with size of the suits which I am selling; however, if you are interested in a particular one, feel to pm me with addtl queries.
