I'm undecided between getting the saddle tan/brass or the natural/brass standard belt. How do they look when they age and is the natural belt leather sealed with a conditioner?

Hoping you guys can provide some recommendations (pictures would be much appreciated). Hoping to get a belt that can gain a darker patina over time.

I went for the saddle. The natural looks too much like human skin for my liking but that may just be me.

Thanks! Has the leather darkened since you first got it?

A little but I only got it a month ago. I'm sure it will darken over time.

Heh, that's sweet, do post some pictures a few months later to show how it ages, i'm sure there are others out there who will be interested as well.

I'm not too fond of the natural colour too, but am under the impression that it may age better with time hence my hesitation, but oh well, may prob go with the same choice as yours. Thanks for sharing.

Tang, from what it sounds like what you want I would go with the saddle tan. It will patina beautifully over time.

Here are some pictures of the interior of our new Tanner Goods flagship store opening up in Portland in just over a months time... It is still approaching blank slate status... I'll be sure to update you guys with some more pictures and information as it becomes relevant in the coming weeks. edit* I tracked down this obscure cell-phone picture of the brick wall interior... even more finished shot from this weekend.

Produced entirely in Portland, Maine and blended on India St by Lisa Broader -- PGE was started up in 2007 as small operation focused on a select assortment of grooming and scented shaving supplies as well as various eaux des toilettes. Each product is made from 100% organic and natural ingredients and is produced and distributed solely in North America. We received a sizable resupply of Portland General Store earlier today. Nearly everything is back and fully stocked except the Turkish Fig Soap. If you've been patiently waiting, send us an email and we will notify you the second they come in the shop. They should be arriving any day now. Shop Portland General Store

I measured one of my belts from the fold to the middle hole and it is about 36". Definitive Tanner belt size would be? ...
