Maybe it doesnt always work...but for me it has.

Make sure to have plenty of boxs of baking soda in the freezer
to take out the odor.

interesting. i dont know how freezing makes the smell go away but i may have to try that sometime.

i frequent the local laundromat to make sure i wash my jeans 3 times a day without fail. i get a few strange looks waiting in my tighty whities but its worth it in the end.

I typically try to be naked when I shower. It makes the process of applying soap to my bare skin much easier.

Serious Answer in Case the Guy Asking Actually Wanted to Know: When I bought my APCs, they came with this card outlining different approaches for washing the jeans. It went something like this. 1. Don't wash them for a year. Then dry-clean only. 2. Wash them with Woolite Dark on the gentle cycle cold. Line dry. 3. Wear them in the ocean. Basically, if you get raw denim, and you're like me and like how raw denim looks and feels, you don't want to throw them in the wash on a regular cycle with hot water and them put them in the dryer on high unless you want to DRASTICALLY change them. When I didn't know much about all things sartorial, I washed a pair of Shipley and Halmos jeans that way and it didn't turn out how I wanted.
