I think it means it uses their 'duo fabric', which is dyed in different colours on each side, i.e., note how the inside is blue even though it is unlined. http://www.zegna.com/en/southern-hem...a/duo-project/

I have the TF jacket and it's amazing. It may be cotton but it's very hard wearing and should last for years.

For the Bond fans out there it is the retail version of this......
