Freshly refurbished Edward Green Southwould 11.5/12 black 400 USD

For sale is the pair of Ed Green Southwoulds seen below. Size is 11.5/12 on the 202 Last. The shoes have been freshly and extensively refurbished by Ed Green and are almost like new except for some cracking to the leather seen in the picture below. Cost is 400 USD + shipping.

It does look like a nice job. Soles are beautiful as well. Will the refurbishment help keep the crack from spreading?

I think the refurbishment itself costs a little under $350
