ITEM FOR SALE: ===========================

A pair of boots...

Maker: Edward Green
Style: Newmarket
Size: 8.5/9 E (fits like D width on USA scale)
Last: 202 (traditional rounded toe)
Colour: Loden Suede
Condition: BNIB, with bags and cloth

Photos of actual boots: Pic1 | Pic2 | Pic3 | Pic4 | Pic5 | Pic6 | Pic7 | Pic8 | Pic9

Originally purchased new by me from Jay Kos in Manhattan, New York in November 2010. Original price tag is still on the sole showing US$1400. I got them on sale. Selling due to a little buyer's remorse on the fit. I would benefit from a half-size up, I think. The box shows some shop-wear.

These are absolutely beautiful boots, and I really hate to give them up. If you're not so sure about wearing green boots, well, it's up to you to judge if these fit your own personal style. I'll just say that the bright flash lighting in my photos accentuates the green color. Under normal indoor room lights, they come across much darker. Just enough green to be interesting. It's actually a very versatile color. I find it goes with most of my wardrobe -- certainly jeans, trousers in browns or grays, even some gray suits.

My selling price: SOLD SOLD SOLD

GENERAL TERMS: ============================

PAYMENT: **********************************
I accept PayPal payment. I cover the PayPal fee. I'm a verified premier PayPal user. I also accept money orders as payment. I wait for payments to fully clear before shipping. Even money orders need to clear. Cash is also accepted in face-to-face transactions. Payment must be in United States Dollars.

SHIPPING: *********************************
Shipping costs are not included in the prices above. Items will ship from New York, USA. I can ship via USPS or UPS, at the buyer's option. I don't charge any extra "handling" fees. I try to come as close to the actual shipping charges as possible when determining the final cost to the buyer. I always choose a shipping method that includes proof of delivery. I package items very safely and securely for shipping. In the case of international shipment, I declare the package value as the final sale price for customs purposes. Thanks for understanding on this point.

CONFIDENCE: *******************************
I'm not very active on this forum, but I've sold items here before without incident. I have bought and sold items on a few other sites, as well, including the big one, where I've built up perfect feedback. I can share the specifics with a prospective buyer over PM or personal email. I'm also open to a phone conversation. I'm interested in smooth, prompt, fair transactions. I'm not a dealer or a business... just a guy.

Best regards, and thanks for your interest in my listing.

Have these boots and they are spectacular. They render a bit lighter in the photos than they are in real life. Highly recommend!!

Not sold yet ? I'm sitting here contemplating whether I would miss the ends of my big toes in order to fit into these shoes and you're calculating your kid's school lunch money ?! Look, Junior has to learn sooner or later about life's little sacrifices- go for the shoes.

I wish they were a US 8.

Well I'm glad they're not.

I hate SF.
