No, they only send out the small booklet with new styles.

I want the whole tie catalog. I have called Hermes and they will not send me it or even sell it.

Apparently it is for stores only, not customers.

But I need it!!!!!

Hermes has catalogs by season, but there is no such thing as "whole tie catalog".

With 2 catalogs per year since mid 90s until now, I don't think Hermes designs are that secret.
