Those first few pictures look like they were taken in a thrift store

Brooks has taken itself out of the marked by selling these shoes for $100.00 more than what Leather Soul is asking and $125.00 more than what Sky Valet is asking...at least they beat Paul Stuart by $48.00...

Hardly... Your average BB customer probably doesn't know dick about EG or the accompanying pricing. Plus the sales, coupons & discount cards will make BB one of if not the most inexpensive stockists for SF igents to buy first quality EGs from.

Not aware that PS carries EG, which styles?

That maybe true, however, I have a feeling that these might be excluded from the sale and/or you might not be able to get your hands on these shoes due to very limited quantities.

How do you know it's UK sizing?

The width is E, which is fairly comparable to a US D width. Different manufacturers use different widths; I'm used to an F being the medium width, but I digress that I have never tried on a pair of EG

So, if you select a 9E from BB's drop down list, are you getting an 8.5/9E or 9/9.5E?

(Btw, EG's E is a US E and their D is a US D.)

Paul Stuart doesn't sell Edward Green -- they sell Gaziano & Girling in the $1100+ price range though
