Embarrassing Guilty Pleasure Recipes

We all have them.

Those recipes that you'd rather not admit you've made, much less eaten.

They may combine several canned ingredients. They may involve a microwave.

Despite your class and refinement, you enjoy them.

I'll start:

- Heat a can of Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (do not add water). You may substitute any cream soup, as long as it's condensed.

- Add chopped scallions and a few dashes of soy sauce. If you have frozen vegetables, add them too - optional.

- Serve over steamed white rice.

New years eve and drunk at a friends house, found some frozen smokies left over from a BBQ back in September. Threw it in the microwave and nuked it, found some yellow mustard, squirted it on a plate and basically smeared the mustard with the sausage and ate it with my bare hands.

simple easy "salad" that actually tastes better with age... generally: 1 can each of drained and washed off chick peas, black beans, red beans, lima beans, even frozen edamame, etc 1-2 each of diced red onions, green/red peppers, maybe canned corn (not creamed) blend 1/3rd cup balsamic and red wine vinegar, 1/3rd cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons of cumin powder, salt and pepper, little bit of chili flakes 1/2 bunch chopped fresh cilantro the longer it sits the better it gets. box of microgreens/spinach, 1 can of mandarins, 1 handful of beer nuts, 1 avocado, bottled creamy poppy seed dressing.

#1 Warm toast (dry) with chilled red or green seedless grapes. What a combo!

#2 Warm toast with a light smear of mayo. Guilty Pleasure.
