Nau Warehouse Sale 2/24: Proxy IC

Nau Warehouse Sale (2/24-2/27) Proxy Interest Check Nau is having their annual warehouse sale in Portland. Pieces tend to be at least 60% and up t0 80% off. As with any sale of this nature, size/color selection is a bit scattershot, but pretty good overall. Selection tends to be from the last two seasons, w/ some older stuff (sportswear) mixed in. There will be no Spring '11 here. 1) I am checking to gauge interest on proxying items. Pretty standard deal: I would charge a flat fee, plus paypal fees, plus shipping. 2) I do not have a firm inventory list and will not be able to provide one. If this comes together, I will create a simple form to fill out, and ask you to use the Nau site and the Nau thread to make your pics. 3) I will most likely only be able to go one day--Thursday for best selection--but it's possible I could go back on Friday. Feel free to ask questions here. You can PM, but until it's clear this is happening, others might have the same question, so safe to just post it here. Thanks!

Interested and wondering what the actual selection will be. I know I am a size small from reading posts from the NAU thread. oboy_oboy, Very interested in the Nau warehouse sale via proxy. Let me know if you're still doing it and how I can get in on it (posted this in the wrong thread the first time). I'd be looking for a Modus Trench in medium, any pants/denim in 32 waist (have a lot already so I could be more specific), belts and shirts in Medium (same as the pants; I've got a lot already but I'd be more specific). If this happens, I'll send over a list of items. Thanks!

I cannot do multiple trips to this sale, which I know would be the ideal way to approach it (I will either go Thursday or Friday). That said, I know that everything will be AT LEAST 50% off, and usually more. Please decide what the highest price you would be willing to pay for the item is, and then factor in the other costs. I will gladly refund the difference if the item is less than your highest price. I am charging a flat proxy fee of $25, and asking for PayPal upfront--you can pay as Gift or add 4%, up to you. ^ I'm 5'10" 145 lbs and Small is perfect for me. I haven't found anything yet that where I've needed to go to XS or to M. The size charts on the Nau site are pretty spot on. Since you're looking at the Blazing jacket, I'll say that its trim for a down coat. Don't know about the other items in your earlier post.

Judging by the lack of follow up, my approach is unappealing. Let's try this:

If you're serious, follow all the instructions in my post/PM, except sending me the money. I will go to the sale w/ the intent of trying to get everyone what they want. I will only shop specifically for you if you PM w/ that information, in that format.

Others, feel free to post your ideal wants w/ size and color here. I'll keep it in mind when I'm there, but I'm not interested in getting stuck w/ a bunch of things people decided they don't really want once it comes time to pay.

so for this paypal in advance, since we don't know prices we should just assume 60% off and then settle the difference afterwards? edit: posted before seeing your last post. If I were you I'd still have people put down say a $25 deposit so you don't get stuck with people backing out after the fact. I think your losing interest moreso by the $40 shipping/proxy killing the deal on single item ~$100 purchases.

They started doing bags in FW09. Scarves they've had since the beginning, I think. They even had cashmere knit caps once upon a time. Don't know whether they did belts before FW09.
