All will come with a case and lens cloth. **Disclaimer, for the opthalmic pairs they will come with my prescription lenses. The lenses are included for sizing purposes only for when you get your own prescription put in them. I am not responsible for what you do with these lenses. For reference my prescription is -1.50/-2.00.
