Since similar items have never been sold (at least to my knowledge) here in SF, I will post this as an IC to gauge the interest here. I have an Hermes vision agenda made from goat skin in british tan (*), the same model with the current listing on Hermes's website (you can go there to find useful information like dimensions and such). It is in excellent condition. The current price is $465 + tax. Price: SOLD. (*) Hermes uses a different (read obscure) color name, but I forgot, and this is the most accurate description of the color that, IMO, makes sense to most forum members.
As much as I (and many SF'ers) wish, this is not a breast wallet 
(or else I would be able to sell it for more than MSRP given the current SF hype 
. Though it should be noted that it can be used as a checkbook cover, and it has pockets on both sides so you can put cash and credit cards in. So, I guess that's close enough.
