Is your problem with doing them or doing them in the weight room? I agree with the latter, but the former I don't.
Been mixing that insanity program into my workout and I love it. Some of the moves are corny, but shit...you walk away from that thing dripping with sweat and loving life. I don't hate treadmills like most people, but I'd MUCH rather do 30 minutes of intense interval moves than an hour on the treadmill.
