Had an old dood ask to work in with me today. Said sure, was only putting up 135lb military press, he said he could do the weight and asked for no spotter. I spotted anyways and right after he lifts the bar off the rack, he drops it straight to his thighs. He asked for it when he said he could do the weight.

But PF, what the fuck are you doing calf machine work for? Theres a reason some bitch is on that machine. Cause its useless.

Lol. It's a donkey raise machine. I usally do my calves on the standing one, but the cable was broken.

I think it means body recomp, but I'm not sure. It's been so long since I've actually talked to anyone in person about working out that I don't even remember why someone would say that. ... maybe it's like they don't want to get "bulkier" but they want to tone their muscles? really they mean shed fat and gain muscle mass. so body recomp. who knows? I certainly don't.

Chicks and isolation exercises..... you're not going to lose those flaps on the undersides of your upper arms by doing endless sets of triceps kickbacks... On a positive note, saw a woman do tabata burpees today.... that's what I like to see more of!
