Have you tried Ettinger? But it won't be a green breast wallet from Hermes. Sigh.

Those Ettinger wallets are pretty nice! I've also been looking at Dunhill.

Well, I was able to find an Ettinger bridle hide coat wallet in "Nut and London Tan" for about $150 shipped. I know it's not green so I'm a little disappointed, but the price was decent.
