SOLD PP. Sorry to the guys who wanted these, i was pinged by a long standing SF e-buddy on Friday so they've been claimed for awhile. I just haven't had the time to update.

Yes, for big timers only.

I've had these for several weeks and I'm just not sure what to do with them. I've been looking for the vale or the chapels in chestnut for around 1 year and I've never been able to find any for a decent discount other than Wilkes' offer of $100 off during the holidays. These are def big on me, but oddly enough I'm not in a hurry to sell them...My thought process is that I'd rather hold off until I find a pair in my price range (under $1k) as these will always sell quickly. Price is a firm $825 + actual insured Shipping (not that significant in the CONUS) and there will be no price decreases...or increases for that matter I'm not taking any lower offers at this time, sorry.

Yes they're expensive, but this is 50+% off a pair at NM if you went tomorrow and could still find this style. ($1590 + 9.75% CA tax = $1745). By comparison, EG's sell all day for $650-$675 with Skyvalet selling them for $975 shipped. (which I think is still a good deal)

Chestnut museum calf with prestige sole in 10.5E UK on the 8000 last. Comes with bags and pristine Box (9.5/10) but the trees are mine from a pair in my collection and are small for this particular pair. The shoes are pristine. Only sign of shopwear is on the soles really, in the form of some store markings but other than that, they look the same as they did when they left Northampton.

YES! I'm interested in trading for 9E or 9.5E UK Lobbs. Vass F last in 43.5? MAYBE! (but you'll have to throw me a few bucks) EG 9.5/10E or 10/10.5D in 202? Ok, see content in last parentheses.

Enjoy the pics!!

Yup, really beautiful and truly a classic!

Also. your feet almost always grow as you get older. One day these will fit you perfectly. Just be patient and keep them conditioned, in bags, and in trees

I usually reserve the word gorgeous to describe women and cars.. but it's probably the most appropriate adjective for these shoes
