Much like the title says, this is a Rockshire Velama coat, "needled by Savile Row" Other than what the label says, I don't know all that much about it. I'm presuming that the Savile Row mentioned is the company of the same name, though it is possible that a company named Rockshire Velama had space on the row at one point, and just used awkward terminology. Since that name seems to be completely lacking from the internet, I couldn't tell you.
But from styling and tag it's probably from the 60's, and certainly British. Probably early 60's due to lack of a woolmark, though I don't know how prevalent those were in their early years. Also, the market for 60's menswear being what it is right now, I do have to throw in a Mad Men reference. This is from the Mad Men era, and fairly representative of its time.
The coat is in very good condition, I would even go so far as to say pristine. I certainly can't seem to find anything wrong with it, and if it's ever been worn significantly it doesn't show. Still, it's 50 years old, so I can't guarantee anything.
Now that we're done with that, the specs:
All Wool
Tagged size 40
Shoulder: 19"
Chest: 23.5" across, translates to 47"
Length from bottom of collar: 44"
Length with collar included: 45.5"
Sleeve length from shoulder seam: 25"

Just to show some of the prettiness and finishing of the interior:

One thing I'm not sure on is price. I'm not quite sure of what a fair price would be, so I'll set it at $250 + shipping. I think that's fairly reasonable, and I'll also consider any serious offer.
Edit: 200+ Shipping.
$150+ Shipping? Surely someone must want this thing...
Drop again: $75 + shipping, best offer, what have you. At this point I just want to move it.
Oh, and thanks for looking. Your money will help a college student fill his car with gas, his mouth with booze, and his closet with more things.
