On the unlined version, just be aware that the tip is rolled and pick-stitched, if that's the word, to the front of the tie. So you have a "floppy" (one-layer) tie-tip that has a line of pick-stitching along the edge that's visible from the front. This is not a problem, as such, but it may not be for everyone, so fair warning.

I've had nothing but excuses from them. When my tie arrived it had a stain on the back. After multiple e-mails to Chuck directly with no reply I tried to contact Jill through PM here. Jill got back to me and said to return the tie and she will have it replaced. This was before Christmas. I shipped the tie out on December 27th 0306 0320 0000 9025 2541. Feedback from the two of them cease after the tie was sent out. I had to get one of the moderators involved to see if there was a better e-mail address to reach Chuck at. He got back to me and the moderator with a BS excuse that they had replied to me and I must have deleted the e-mails. I don't just dump my bulk e-mails. I check them before they're deleted. I've now gotten multiple excuses that he has to check with his empleyees and he'll get right back to me. The last e-mail was over a week ago and I understand that he got married but this is the worst customer service I have ever received anywhere. If you don't have the replacement tie you should refund the money. I hate to sound like a newbie that's just bitching but I've had enough of this. REFUND MY MONEY CHUCK!!!

Studio, I will check on that and take care of it right now. We were away for a bit and I am catching up on messages. After 8.5 years I talked Jill into marrying me and we went away to get married and take a short break so I have been offline the past week and a half and am catching up on messages.

We did not run away on the $100 and I did send you an email about it, I apologize for your inconvenience and will happily ship another and let you pay after receipt if you wish.

Refund has been completed.
