No access, but Potenza are not even in C2 now. They're in the Eccellenza Basilicata amateur league, below D.

I would say unfortunate more than lackluster. They have suffered LOTS of injuries this season, to very important players. Still, they are 2 points from 3rd in the Bundesliga, have scored the most goals, and have the top scorer.
